Regal and Brent Council celebrated a milestone moment in the construction of Fulton & Fifth, a new development in Wembley due to complete in 2026. The ‘topping out’ was marked with an event attended by Brent Council and Council Leader Muhammed Butt alongside our partners LaSalle and Cheyne.
In June 2023, Regal announced a landmark £85m partnership with Brent Council, who purchased 294 units, accounting for roughly 40% of the scheme. Thanks to this deal, these homes will be offered as affordable new homes for local households.
Ranging from one to three-bedroom units, the affordable homes will be hugely impactful to the local community as Brent continues to tackle the housing crisis, with more than 26,000 households on the waiting list for council homes.
Part of the wider regeneration of Wembley Park, Fulton & Fifth is a new development of 876 homes in total that will sit alongside new independent cafés, workspaces and new biodiverse green spaces including a linear park. Residents will have their own private outdoor space and access to 5-star amenities inspired by the sport and wellbeing buzz in the area.
Wembley is also host to a Regal Academy, a training programme giving local people the opportunity to develop skills on-site, at Fulton & Fifth. Run in partnership with Building Heroes, the Academy empowers veterans, service leavers, reservists and their families alongside local people furthest from employment through the provision of construction skills training and employment support.
For the last few years, Regal has worked closely with Stonebridge Boxing Club, a charity with over 650 members. This includes providing the pro-bono support and providing temporary spaces to ensure the club can continue to operate and provide a positive and structured environment to keep young people off the streets.
We are incredibly proud of this milestone in our partnership with Brent Council. Not only are we delivering new homes for people across the borough, but we’re one step closer to providing a new part of the neighbourhood for the community to enjoy.
