Our global in-house sales department covers four of the major financial hubs around the world, with offices in London, Dubai, Shanghai and Hong Kong. The team provides personalised support to clients, facilitating seamless transactions and catering to diverse markets.
Marketing
We have a dedicated in-house marketing and digital team that uses strategic and creative approaches to showcase our properties. We create bespoke marketing strategies building on heritage and architectural inspiration and with a clear and targeted go-to-market strategy.
Customer care
Customer care begins with design and continues right through to the end of the defect liability period, through a one-to-one relationship with our customers. Our philosophy is simple; we work as a team to deliver high quality places and in turn have happy customers.

Jacob Sullivan
Global Sales & Residential Marketing Director
Jacob leads the Global Sales & Residential Marketing division, spanning UK, Asia and the Middle East. He joined Regal London in 2017, having previously worked for several large-scale developers and real estate agencies. With over 20 years experience in the property sector, Jacob leads on residential development consultancy, marketing, branding and global sales.
Lydia Zhu
Head of Sales – China
Lydia assumed the role of Director and Head of China at Regal London in April 2018, overseeing the daily operations of the Shanghai office. With a background spanning over 10 years in sales and marketing within the London residential industry, she specialises in assisting Chinese clients in their investments in London properties.
Fahd Abu Aisha
Director of Sales – MENA
Fahd joined Regal London as Director of Sales – MENA in 2020, having previously worked with financial services and investment banking in addition to property sales. Based in Dubai, he is responsible for the successful execution of sales strategies and establishing our presence as a prominent player in the region.

Head of Sales – Hong Kong
Matthew joined Regal London in 2018, bringing over a decade of experience of the London property market. Based in Hong Kong, he helps clients in Asia-Pacific by leveraging market insights and offering comprehensive advice on property sales in the UK.

Emma joined Regal London in July 2021, bringing a decade of experience in property marketing, across retail, residential and commercial. She works across all tenures, managing a team to create exciting brands and deliver marketing assets for global development launches.
